RETURN & REFUND POLICY
The return process
Your order can be returned within seven days of delivery. If more than 7 days have passed since the date of your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
You may return items within the relevant return window if they meet the following criteria:
As soon as it was delivered, it was damaged.
There are missing accessories or components
There is a discrepancy between what was requested and what was delivered
Include all price tags, user manuals, warranty cards, and original accessories in the return shipment. You must provide a receipt or other proof of purchase to return an item. The merchant should only receive returns.
The cost of shipping your items back to you is your responsibility. The cost of shipping is not refundable. If you get a refund, the return shipping costs will be subtracted. We can't guarantee that we'll get your returned item. The exchanged item might take longer, depending on where you live. You can reduce risks by using a trackable delivery service or shipping insurance.
A confirmation email will be sent to you once we have received and examined your returned item. If your request for a refund is approved or rejected, we will also let you know.If your refund request is granted within 15 days of receiving your request, we will process your payment and credit your credit card or other original payment methods.
